One of the most important Wisdom Skills of all is inner silence. Practicing inner silence regularly will help you to release stress, mental and physical tension, and emotional reactivity. Making it into a daily habit will enable you to be more mindful and present with yourself and others. It will help you maneuver through the challenges you face in a centered, happy, empowered, and effective manner.

Regularly practicing inner silence will cause you to become more intuitive and give you greater access to your inner wisdom. It will help you find clarity about your inner conflicts and uncertainties, tune in to your true values, and illuminate your soul's true mission.

Bringing inner silence into your relationships will help you to listen better, to be more authentic about your emotions, to provide you with profound insights about yourself and others, and to increase rapport, empathy, and even telepathy.
